Description
These gas mask bags are produced by the French and serve in both their military and the Polish (the same Polish gas mask is referred to as a MP5 instead of ARF-A). This ARF-A gas mask bag has a rubberised canvas construction and two side pouches. Straps and clips on the rear allow the bag to be attached to load carrying gear or slung over your shoulder. *Straps are not original.
The bag's side pouches are used to hold the ARF-A (MP-5) compatible water bottle and drinking tube while the main compartment stores the mask and filter. Small pockets on the interior are intended to carry anti-nerve agents and spare components. If you've got your hands on an ARF-A Gas Mask, you should pick up this original transport bag. Alternatively, re-purpose it as a messenger bag or panniers for your bike.
