Belgium was one of many countries who adopted the M1 helmet after the Second World War. Much of the suspension system and chin strap are fairly similar to the American WW2 version. Because these were used right up into the 1980's, these Belgian versions are a bit more easier to get ahold of and make for great cheaper stand ins if you can't obtain the original US WW2 Mckoy! These M1's come in that ever distinctive UN blue, so if you are looking to become a human target or are a UN collector, these are for you!
