USGI (United States Government Issue) ACU (Army Combat Uniform) in UCP (Universal Camouflage Pattern) for Aircrew.
Part of the A2CU (Army Aircrew Combat Uniform) two piece flight suit - pants edition!
So the abomination pattern UCP was upgraded to another soulless multicam-looking thing (OCP) and are now out in the wild, in the surplus market. While UCP is a pretty awful camouflage in the field, the ACU cut of uniform is really quite comfortable and is absolutely loaded with pockets. The version for Army Aircrew has a few extra features too.
Cargo pockets are zippered, reinforced thigh pocket with nylon string (for survival/strap cutting knife or important items), waist adjusters for a close fit and the fabric is aramid. There is a mighty 9 pockets to the trousers (and probably one hiding somewhere):
-2 hook & loop closure hip pockets
-2 zippered cargo pockets (one opens vertically)
-1 thigh pocket
-2 zippered shin pockets with
-2 hook & loop pockets on top
