ALICE stands for All-purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment system and was introduced to the U.S. Army in the '60s. This product is not genuine U.S. Army surplus but may be the thing you're looking for to spruce up that old ALICE frame. These are GI type and fit any standard ALICE pack frame.
