Description
If you weren't carrying a Garand or BAR as a US soldier during World War 2, you would most likely be wearing one of these. Anyone using a Thompson, Grease gun, M1 carbine or just a M1911 would attach their respective pouches onto these belts. A simple metal loop and flat shaped 'hook' secure the belt to your waist. A rounded metal hook is used to adjust the belt length by hooking into the middle eyelets and has metal retainers. The top eyelets are used to attach suspenders while the lower ones are used to attach the likes of E-tool & first aid pouches.
An essential bit of kit for anyone doing a WW2 US impression whether it be for reenactments, airsoft players or period film productions.
