The ShM-62 or more commonly known as the 'GP-5' due to its counterpart filter being produced in the millions from 1962 until 1990. The mask was produced primarily for the Cold War and intended for use with the civilian population. Unlike modern masks with adjustable straps, these are made from a soft rubber that stretches to fit over your head and make a snug seal.
There may be some marks or debris from storage so give them a little spruce up and wipe down, as needed. Mmm... historical corrosion. If you're a collector of Soviet era relics then these masks scream Soviet era aesthetics. Add one to your collection today!
