Description
These Italian Army pouches are a post-war copy of the British 37 pattern pouch. After World War 2 the Italians used or recreated a mash of US and British gear and these pouches appear to be an attempt to 'update' them for Italian service.
The main difference for these is the opening. Instead of a snap dome, the Italians have added a leather strap and brass buckle. Everything else is the same in function - a top buckle to fix onto your shoulder straps and two rear hooks that will slot into a standard 37 pattern belt. A great addition to any Italian Army collectors or a very hardy pouch for a hunters/airsofters web set.
