Another part of the British Army's Personal Clothing System that morphs excellently into civilian life.
This fellow is a fleece lined, anorak style mid layer. These are close fitting but could be worn with a thin base layer (such as a thermal top) underneath. These are so close fitting - especially around the chest/armpits - we recommend to size up for comfort (or aesthetic). These ''smocks'' have wind sealed zips all over (quite a few!) and aid in temperature regulation and function. The two slanted pockets are access points for one kangaroo style pocket (great for warming hands) and the mid-chest pocket adds more storage. Zips to the underarms and torso sides let in some fresh air if you are a bit too toasty. The whole interior is lined with fleece and the exterior is a thin ripstop nylon. A small emergency hood is stowable in the neck. Hook & loop adjustable waist and cuffs + a draw cord to the neck seal you up for extra toastiness. Like other pieces in the PCS family, these are ''light olive'' in colour and fall somewhere between khaki, coyote and olive, as well as having some slight colour variations in the jacket and zips. As surplus items, some may have marks or the odd ID written to the interior (see last image for an example). Nevertheless, these are a nice travel friendly, lightweight piece of surplus.

Sizing: Very close fitting to the body, especially around the armpit/chest area - we recommend selecting a size larger than your usual. The first number is the chest circumference, the second number is the recommended height of the wearer. For more information on sizing, check out our sizing guide.
