Description
The Seychelles adopted their flag in 1996. It is the third flag (each quite unique) they have adopted since gaining independence from Britain in 1976. The five coloured bands are said to symbolize a dynamic new country moving into the future.
The flag has a white strip on the side with two metal eyelets.
