Description
Grenada adopted their national flag in 1974 when they gained independence from Great Britain. The six stars represent Grenada's parishes, with the middle star representing Petite Martinique and Carriacou. The symbol on the left is a supposed to represent a nutmeg, one of the main crops of Grenada.
The flag has a white strip on the side with two metal eyelets.
